Does the platform handle Ejari and DEWA workflows?+

Yes. We build the Ejari registration, renewal, and DEWA-account tracking workflows specific to the UAE. The platform stores the relevant numbers and document copies and sends renewal reminders before expiry.

Can owners and tenants have their own portals?+

Yes. Multi-portal setups (owner, tenant, vendor, internal staff) are standard for property builds. Each role sees only what they need, with permission boundaries enforced at the data layer.
